Dirt is moving and heavy equipment may likely be seen going by on Peralta Road to the park site. The park will be a 500-acre Regional Park, one of 7 planned to be owned and operated by Pinal County. Amenities will include group and individual picnic sites, overnight camping (tent/vehicle), stargazing node, ADA accessible interpretive trail, 9+ miles of multi-use, and non-motorized trails (separated equestrian parking).
Do not attempt to recreate or visit the park site at this time and please drive with caution on Peralta Road. We plan to keep traffic impact to a minimum but truckloads of material and heavy equipment will likely be present throughout the anticipated 10-month project timeline. When you subscribe to the blog, we will send you an e-mail when there are new updates on the site so you wouldn't miss them.
